Business Continuity Management awareness (senior management / company-wide), via presentations to management teams, seminars, etc.

Business Impact Analysis reviews and Risk Analysis reviews to establish the criticality of business functions to the overall business operation and its survival, and the potential impacts (operational and financial) of severe disruption upon company activities.

Installation Management Reviews to help assess the suitability and effectiveness of controls and security within all areas of the IT environment and the service provided to support business operations. Three levels of review are available, from "Health Check" to full IT audit. For each level, the review report highlights any identified potential risks to clients' business operations that may arise from lack of controls or ineffective operational practices in their IT activities. These reviews cover all topics included in the Information Security Standard BS 7799 : Part 2 : 1998, and assist in the evaluation of compliance to the standard.

Project management to minimise potential exposures identified during a Business Impact Analysis or Installation Management Review (e.g. revision of processes or implementation of corrective actions).

Development or review of full business and departmental (e.g. IT) continuity plans and procedures.

Support in the review and selection of the most suitable disaster recovery service provider(s) to meet the client's needs, using an in-house, proven, decision analysis methodology.

Review of existing disaster recovery service plans and contracts to ensure the client's specific needs are recognised and that requirements will be met.

Support for the development of Information Security Management Systems to meet BS 7799 standards and assistance in obtaining certification.

Support for the development or review of Quality Systems (eg BS5750 / ISO9000 / TQM) in clients' IT services, operations and systems development environments. (Outline standards and procedures documentation for customisation to the client's requirements is available)
